This was sent to me from my cousin. I thought it was an awesome truck and just had to share it. 9-11 Tribute This Common Carrier brought us a frozen load of Gilroy Foods today. This truck was awesome. You can decide whether or not it is. Here is some info I took down after talking with the owner operator. Their names are John & Amy Holmgren. They live in Shafer Minn. They thought this would be a nice tribute to the people that lost their lives. It has every name of each person...

This really says something about our country and foreigners A Military Mom tells this about her son .... As some of you may know, one of my sons serves in the military. He is still stateside, here in California. He called me yesterday to let me know how warm and welcoming people were to him, and his troops, everywhere he goes, telling me how people shake their hands, and thank them for being willing to serve, and fight, for not only our own freedoms but so that others may have them...

I was starting to feel like one of the prisoners. I have worked everyday for the last two weeks, a couple of those days I worked double-shifts (16 hours straight with only two 30 minute breaks). It was driving me nuts. I have today off though. I don't even feel guilty that I didn't anser me cell when they called. (They left a voicemail asking me if I would like to come in and work the day shift today.) I just worked 12 hours straight yesterday without taking my 30 minute break. I know that we...

I recieved this from a friend and after looking at a few posting here and there I realized that there are some people that are rather tolerant of others and others that need a new perspective on the world. To a village of precisely 100 people, with all the existing human ratios remaining the same, it would look something like the following. There would be: 57 Asians 21 Europeans 14 from the Western Hemisphere, both north and south 8 Africans 52 females 48 males 70 non-white 30 wh...

Sent by a friend - and I believe it. You may not realize it, but it's 100% true. 1. There are at least two people in this world that you would die for. 2. At least 15 people in this world love you in some way. 3. The only reason anyone would ever hate you is because they want to be just like you. 4. A smile from you can bring happiness to anyone, even if they don't like you. 5. Every night, SOMEONE thinks about you before they go to sleep. 6. You mean the world to someone. ...

A girl asked a guy if he thought she was pretty, He said...no. She asked him if he would want to be with her forever... and he said no. She then asked him if she were to leave would he cry, and once again he replied with a no. She had heard enough. As she walked away, tears streaming down her face The boy grabbed her arm and said.... You're not pretty you're beautiful. I don't want to be with you forever. I NEED to be with you forever. And I wouldn't cry if you wal...

This is awesome! We all should think like this. Today is no special day and I have no particular reason for writing to you... I have no news to tell you.... nor any problems to discuss with you.... or gossip to tell you... It's only one of those happy moments... when I thought of you... and I would like to share these thoughts with you... MANY SMILES BEGIN BECAUSE OF ANOTHER SMILE... Always have good self esteem... Take care of your friends...

If you yelled for 8 years, 7 months and 6 days you would have produced enough sound energy to heat one cup of coffee. (Hardly seems worth it.) If you farted consistently for 6 years and 9 months, enough gas is produced to create the energy of an atomic bomb. (Now that's more like it!) The human heart creates enough pressure when it pumps out to the body to squirt blood 30 feet. (O.M.G.!) A pig's orgasm lasts 3...

I know it has been forever since I was on here. I've been busy with the kids and trying to find a job still. I just interviewed for one this morning actually. I just happened to be sitting here at the computer with nothing much to do and it dawned on me how long it has been since I checked in on here. I'm glad to see imaginit and dharmagirl are still around. I love reading what they write. Hopefully, I'll have time to stop in here regularly and see what is happening. I better cut this one s...

I got this in an email from a friend just this morning. The pictures are awesome. Mammatus clouds....Spectacular! "Jorn Olsen works for the Dutton-Lainson Co. in Hastings, Nebraska, and lives by Heartwell Park next to Hastings College. Just after the big storm hit, he took these photos and sent them to UNL which, then, posted them to the following URL. The stadium lights are at the Hastings College stadium just east of his home. The clouds are called Mammatus clouds and there's ...

Ok, Here it is. Which natural disaster would you prefer to deal with? Earthquake, Tornados, Hurricanes? Feel free to add different ones if you want. But I am curious. I would rather a tornado than a hurricane but I don't know about the earthquakes. What do yall think?

I dug this out of my email after reading MM's article: "Driving myself insane" . A friend sent it to me after my older brother passed away back in 2002. Here's to everything going well for you MM. IF I KNEW If I knew it would be the last time That I'd see you fall asleep, I would tuck you in more tightly and pray the Lord, your soul to keep. If I knew it would be the last time that I see you walk out the door, I would give you a hug and kiss and call you bac...
