Just curious
Published on February 23, 2005 By Nebraskawoman In Misc
I have been looking through different posts and was just wondering where everyone was from.
As you can tell from my name on here I'm from Nebraska. If you dont want to say the state just holler out what country you are from. I'm curious to see how many different cultures we have on here.
So here's one for the US. Where are you from if I may ask?

Currently Virginia, but many years around the world: 4 yrs in Alaska, 5 yrs in Colorado, 5 yrs in Michigan, 3 yrs in Wisconsin, 3 yrs in Germany, 4 yrs in Korea, 1 yr in Afghanistan, and a few months here and there in between in other places as well. I think I kind of represent a mix of cultures....

Wow, Sturgee you've been all over the place.
Thanks for replying.
Thanks for making it clear for us Danny and for replying. Hopefully a few more will let us know where they are. It would be fun to see how diverse the JoeUser family is.

Brisbane - Australia I've lived here all my life in various cities I don't think I'll live anywhere else unless something comes up. I'm not closed off to living elsewhere Brisvegas is just a great place to live because it's not HUGE overpopulated and it's got the lowest property prices in Aus.

The snake. It's a handle I chose years ago for it's symbolism. It's the largest venomous snake in the United States. Rattlesnakes in general are rarely found anywhere but in the United States (very few in Canada or Mexico). It has a powerful and painful bite, but only strikes when threatened. And it never blinks, so it is always watching.

Around Western Nebraska Diamondbacks are all over during the summer. They have even started coming into towns because the drought that we have had these last few years are cutting back on their food. I had to kill several that were out in my yard last summer. That's a pretty good symbol though. I'll keep it in mind when I check out your blogs.
